Ammeter: One Digital type ammeter connected on the earth side to indicate the leakage current on the sample under test. 7 Protection  Tripping –  A fast-acting DC relay cuts power when the current surpasses the set limit. Overload – This is used as a secondary protection in case the input loads exceed the preset value. Overvoltage – This is used as a secondary protection in case the output voltage exceeds the preset value.
8 Interlocking Zero Start Interlock – The unit will have zero start interlocking to avoid the transients on the HV transformer. Provision for cage door interlocking shall also be provided. Earth interlock- It ensures that HV will not actuate until good earthing is provided.
9 Termination The HT output on a suitable HT insulator and another point at earth potential will be brought out on a suitable insulator.
10   Control Panel The control panel is designed for five unique purposes. 1 – Control 2 – Measure  3 – Protect (Active and Passive)  4 – Tripping 5 – Annunciate   
11 Reactor Our Parallel/Series Reactor (LT and HT) harmonizes with capacitive currents during dielectric testing. Featuring a motorized moving coil and fixed reactor, it achieves a Q-factor of up to 20, ensuring precise resonance for various components and systems.
12 HV Transformer We craft our transformers to IS/IEC standards, offering single and multi-stage step-up options for versatile voltage requirements. Built with premium materials sourced globally, our units boast vacuum-impregnated coils insulated with top-tier EHV grade oil, meeting or exceeding industry benchmarks.
