Primary Current Injection Test Set - Three Phase

Primary Current Injection Test Set - Three Phase

Primary Current Injection Test Sets are essential for the loading, calibration, and testing of CTs, bimetals, relays, and protection equipment. These sets are typically customized to meet specific customer requirements.

How do they work?

They operate on a duty cycle of 15 minutes on and 30 minutes off, exclusively for testing purposes. The loading transformers are designed for continuous operation to assess temperature rise in bus ducts and bus bars. Optional accessories may include cable terminations, timers, temperature indicators, multiple contactors, and individual phase controls. Moreover, these compact units are available in portable trolley or stationary models, with optional digital or analogue timers, supporting main transformers up to 25,000 amps.

  • Supply up to 25000 Amps.
  • Electronic parameter monitoring.
  • Multiple safety interlocks for the operator.
  • Tough design for on-site use.

Standard Accessories

  • Interconnecting
  • Control Cable.

Optional Accessories

  • Hour counter.
  • Temperature measurement device with multiple channels.
  • Data logger and computer connectivity for item no. 2 and 3.
