AC High Voltage Low Capacity Test Sets are essential tools for ensuring the quality and safety of electrical equipment. They specialize in testing a wide range of components, including insulators, transformers, and current transformers, all in compliance with National and International standards.
Each tester undergoes rigorous manufacturing processes with multi-stage testing to guarantee consistent performance. These testers come in various configurations, with air, oil, or a combination of air and oil cooling depending on the model. Offering a variety of testing capabilities, it includes dry withstand, wet withstand, breakdown voltage, and pollution tests, with voltage ratings up to 800kV and current capacities up to 200kVA.

| 7 | Protection | Tripping – A fast-acting DC relay cuts power when the current surpasses the set limit. Overload – This is used as a secondary protection in case the input loads exceed the preset value.
