Transformer Test Benches are specially designed for testing of all kinds of transformers either distribution or Power Transformer for its rated capacity as per National and International Standards. During manufacturing each part of the bench is designed ensuring consistency and best accuracy. These instruments are manual as well as PLC based as per the requirements. The units have been manufactured up to testing of transformers up to 10MVA. The units have type of tests such as No Load, Full Load, HV Test, DVDF Test etc.

Available up to maximum capacity of Testing of transformers for No-Load and and Full Load Losses up to 30MVA. Furthermore, the AC HV Test Sets for upto 220kV Transformers and DVDFs for upto 220MVA Transformers

5	Auto Transformer	Our maximum capacity of manufacturing Auto Transformer is up to 2000A	For Transformer Test Bench Capacity of Auto Transformer designed as per the capacity of transformer to be tested. For Example for testing up to 5MVA Tranaformer the capacity of Autotransformer will be 400A and so on.
6	Capacitor Bank	Our maximum capacity of manufacturing Capacitor Bank is up to 2000kVAr	For Transformer Test Bench Capacity of Capacitor Bank designed as per the capacity of transformer to be tested. For example for testing up to 5MVA transformer the capacity of Capacitor Bank will be 400kVAr and so on.
7	High Voltage Tester	Our maximum capacity of manufacturing AC High Voltage Test Set is up to 800kV and 3000kVA.	For Transformer Test Bench Capacity of High Voltage designed as per the capacity of transformer to be tested. For example for testing up to 11kV of Transformers the capacity of AC High Voltage Set will be 30KV and so on.
8	DVDF Test	Our maximum capacity of manufacturing DVDF test set is up to 10MVA	For Transformer Test Bench Capacity of DVDF designed as per the capacity of transformer to be tested. For example for testing of 5MVA transformer the capacity of DVDF will be 50kVA and so on.
9	Integrated Control Panel	Having single control for all the test like No Load/ Full Load, HV Test , DVDF test etc.
7	Control	Type 1- The unit can be manual/motorized control for voltage variation and push button controlled for each test. Type 2- The unit can be complete with on board digitized panel with or without computer connectivity. Type 3- The unit can be PLC based complete with computer, HMI memory, printer etc. for operation.
8	Protection	Overvoltage , Overcurrent, Earth Fault and Zero start interlock

10	Transformer	The transformer used in HV test, Variac and booster transformer are designed and manufactured as per IS /IEC guidelines. Single / Multiple stage stepup transformers are utilized for achiving the desired voltage. The units are designed and manufactured using the preeminent material from India and Abroad.
11	Generators and Motors of DVDF	Generator used in DVDF are either of three types Brushless Generator DC Excitation Slip ring type Motor is of induction type
